Did anyone bother to read it?Yet almost every month, my Lyft driving account is literally being deactivated because my driver's license is supposedly invalid according to the information Lyft received from you.How can that be? How can my driver's license be valid one month, invalid the next, valid again the next, invalid again the following month, valid again? Do you see the insanity of this pattern? Doesn't that send a red flag that there's an error being made at SafetySamba. I was literally standing in the ******** DMV office which shows my driver's license is valid! I even sent you a copy. Yet when I requested and received a copy of my driving record from you, my driving record shows nothing wrong and clearly states that my driver's license is indeed valid. I've addressed this very same issue time and time again for the last two years with SambaSafety and Lyft.**** says my license is invalid based on my driving record they obtained from you. But Lyft makes decisions based on the information that SambaSafety provides, even when that information is inaccurate. First let me state that I'm well aware that SambaSafety does not make decisions for Lyft.
